Nachdem ein Serienkiller die Frau und die Tochter eines Forschers für paranormale Phänomene umgebracht hat, versucht ein Team von Geisterjägern, die Seelen der gewaltsam zu Tode gekommenen aufzuspüren und ihnen den Weg ins Jenseits zu ebnen.
