Weil ihm der Boden im Londoner ‘East End’ zu heiß wird, liefert Frankie (Danny Dyer) ein Geldpäckchen an die ‘Costa Del Sol’. Die gilt in den frühen 80ern als ‘Costa Del Crime’, weil Spanien britische Gangster nicht an England ausliefert. Frankie gewinnt das Vertrauen des weltgewandten Ex-Bankräubers und Playboys Charlie (Tamer Hassan), der nun sein Geld mit Marihuana-Schmuggel in großem Stil verdient. Frankie ist von Charlies Lebensstil begeistert, steigt ins Geschäft ein und gerät in Teufels Küche, als er sich in die falsche Frau verliebt.
